如果新北市政府於10/31禮拜四晚上宣布停班停課，本研討會將以線上形式舉行。
屆時我們將提供會議連結。
如果新北市沒有停班停課，而其它縣市有停班停課，我們會提供彈性處理方式。
禮拜六的狀況亦然。
換言之，只要新北市照常上班上課，研討會將照常實體舉辦；但我們會為不克前來的與會者提供會議連結。
